This one is not printed. It is embroidered. JWI is stitched onto the left chest in red thread with a black outline, and up close you can see the thread standing proud of the cloth. It reads completely differently from a screen print, and it is the detail that makes this tee feel like more than a basic.

The stitching sits small and high on the left chest, so it never takes over the whole shirt. That is what keeps it wearable on an ordinary day. The cut is oversized, big through the body with a dropped shoulder, and the neck is narrow rather than wide.

The fabric is 100% cotton, already through the shrinking process. It is thick, soft and fresh-smelling, and the weight is exactly what embroidery needs so the stitching sits flat instead of pulling or puckering.

It suits anyone who likes plain clothes with one good detail in them. Dark trousers or shorts and it is finished, and worn under an open shirt the embroidery still shows. It comes in S, M and L.
