A — embroidered

A single letter A, and it is embroidered rather than printed, so you get the depth of the thread that a print cannot give you. It sits on red, a colour that needs no help standing out.

The cut is an oversized drop shoulder: the seam falls a little below your actual shoulder and the body runs wide. The neckline is made narrow, a small thing that keeps a drop-shoulder shape looking intentional rather than borrowed.

The fabric is good-grade cotton, thick and soft at once, and this is one of our non-shrink runs, so the shape you get is the shape it stays after a wash.

Red is the colour plenty of people want to try and never do. The simplest way in is dark trousers or dark denim, and let the shirt be the only thing talking.
